ARLEN R. LOGREN
Arlen R. Logren practices in the areas of civil litigation involving jury trials, workers’ compensation and arbitrations on behalf of defendants whether insured or self-insured. Mike Kilbury has worked with Larry Peterson since 1982. SInce then, Mike has witnessed workers’ compensation claims evolving into a range of employment issues such as unemployment, Minnesota Human Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, and Hostile Workplace Discrimination Claims. Union contract and grievance issues pose additional complicating questions. Mike is interested in these interrelated legal practice areas. Mike understands that workers’ compensation claims cannot be addressed and resolved in isolation.
